Do I need a Chinese account?

No. DeepRelay handles upstream model access and exposes a global-friendly relay; payment onboarding is moving to Shopify with PingPong / Payoneer provider routes.

Can I buy a Smart Plan today?

Not yet. Smart Plan is shown as a planned service layer. The production purchase path opens only after Shopify provider activation and paid-order webhook settlement pass validation.

Can I use existing OpenAI SDK code?

Yes. Change the base URL to your DeepRelay endpoint and keep the same chat completion interface.
